what a disaster. guy again leaves for international duty and is again making negative comments.

10/10 situation handling here
What did he say? Only saw the hit piece against young players, and i don't disagree with him there. The unhappy but giving his all part also seems alright to me.

“At Juve, I talk to these players on high salaries. I try to make them understand the importance of certain behaviour. Some of them still don’t understand it.The blame lies partly with the high salaries they are on. At their age, they might lose their heads after receiving certain figures.Who do you have to convince? Why should you make a sacrifice on the training ground?”

at juve, what overpaid misbehaving youth is he talking about i wonder? there are barely any young players in the first team narrowing down that he is almost certainly referring to Demiral.

its a shame that Demiral has only been here a few months and already the money has gotten to his head so much so his own teammates are bothered. Sad.

only solution is to cut that cancer out before it spreads to innocent golden boy De Ligt

How is throwing teammates under the bus is going to help? Despite his talks saying otherwise this dude is being petty and he has given up.

Mistranslation AND out of context as well.

emre can talking about too high salaries. the same guy who saw his liverpool contract run out just to get himself a bigger paycheck as a free agent, who only signed a 4-year deal opposed to the usual 5 years just to let him be a free agent earlier for a second time, who wanted a 50m release clause, and who signed for a ~16m singing bonus. it's the same emre can who had the 5th highest salary in the squad last summer, making him better paid than capitano chiellini and 17 other first squad players, while he never managed to convince 2 coaches about his abilities.

the irony here.

First of all, he's talking about youth players.

"...I think the young players are making too much money too early these days. If you can afford so much at such a young age, it can make you lose your hunger. Why try and prove yourself? Why torment yourself on the pitch?"

"I think it's a shame how some guys deal with their huge talent these days. I can't understand it either."

"They have the chance of their lives if they are allowed to train with the first team, however, sometimes they show a body language that makes me almost angry. I don't know if they're not clear enough in their minds, or if their environment just isn't right."

He is clearly talking about de ligt as he is second highest paid player and his performances have been average

This is from different website but he does mention players at juventus
"However, some of them sometimes have a body language that almost makes me angry. I often go to these players at Juventus, talk to them, try to show them what they can do when they try hard and show themselves. But some don't understand it."

I remember an interview MJ did years ago and said the same thing about young NBA players given big contracts and deals before they played a minute. His era of stars sold the game so well that these kids benefitted from it. He said that they didn't want it as much or work as hard because giving them money and celebrity so early created a poor work ethic. You see the same with modern footballers, and it's the absolute worst in England.

He is clearly frustrated I am still not sure about the promise made to him by the management about being included in the champions League squad

He is clearly talking about de ligt

You think he is talking about the guy who at 18 was made captain of his boyhood club, been actual leader in club and national team despite his tender age, allways talks in humble and well mannered way, works his ass off, does not let pressure get to him. Picked a club where he can more slowly learn defending and develop better instead of the flashy EPL or Barca move everyone in his country wanted him to?

You think Can is talking about him of all people?

Its more likely he is talking actual youth team players in training sessions only, or Kean from last season, or whoever other youngster. But it's extremely unlikely to be De Ligt.
