we already replaced Asamoah, as i already said. Spinazzola will arrive, and we wont be spending 40M on a fullback, im almost certain of it.
i never suggested Cans arrival will interrupt any transfer, i simply give you names since youre the one asking, "whats the alternative to Can?". the season isnt even over yet, then there is the WC, we dont know for sure which players will be moving clubs. but one thing ill tell you, there will be a lot of better players than Can moving around in the summer, you can bet on that.
my Bentancur comment was the response to your question (or was it the davids guy, forgot) - why do we need Meyer if we have Bentancur. well 1st off, Bentancur is not a lock on regista, he can very well end up playing any other midfield position because hes that versatile in his skillset, so Meyer being a regista (who is also versatile and can play anywhere in midfield) is never a reason to pass on him. the 2nd reason i mention that is, Can is primarily a DM as well, so why do we need him if we have Pjanic and Bentancur (and Marchisio)?

Obviously there will be better players moving than Can. The thing is they will cost plenty of money which we don't have. Therefore, Can for free is a very good move for Juve.
I believe Henderson was playing in the middle for Liverpool this season am I not correct? Can has the physicality and is good at bursting forward with the ball so I think he'll be a good b2b.
I have nothing against Meyer but Can is more proven than him and we can't just pile these young prospects up. If we were interested in him I think it would have already been known.

we are bringing back Spinazzola for sure, ACL or not. we wont sign a 3rd LB, we never had that kind of depth. but situations like these is why we have MDS, he can play both flanks. then there is the 352/343 where we can also play Berna/Costa as a wingback. we are covered for the 3-4 months Spinazzola will be out.
we dont have money to invest in the weakest are of the squad? lets only sign freebies from now on then. we have a 400M revenue, i dont buy that we are broke to settle for Emre Can as the star signing in midfield.
