Tac is crap. If he is so good, how comes he is never picked for italy?
Makelele is bigger crap but he was named the best DM in the world in RealM.....he went,RM played shit. DMs job is the most under-rated one.....you dont see it. Emerson is all-round DM,he can attack...Tach cant....but he still posesses powerful shot a thing that is nessecary for DM.

And for Italy.....The team is so lousy last few years so Italy being argument against Tach is not relavant...

Juve or nothing for Emo Tuesday 13 July, 2004

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Emerson could decide to have a year off from the game if Roma don’t agree to sell him to Juventus.

That is according to his wife, who told an Italian TV show of how desperate he is to have his future sorted out.

"We are separated but we keep in touch because of our child," she told Telelombardia. "He’s very agitated and nervous right now.

"I asked him whether it was down to his situation with Roma and he told me he was ready to spend the next year in Brazil.

"All this will occur if the Giallorossi don’t decide to release him to the Turin club this summer."

The Brazilian international, whose contract in the capital expires in 2005, has a verbal agreement to join the Bianconeri.

He’s been handed a four-year contract but Juventus have yet to agree a fee with the Olimpico outfit.

They have reportedly offered around £7m but Roma want £13m - a figure Real Madrid and Inter are both prepared to pay.

Roma will start pre-season training this week but the former Bayer Leverkusen ace will be absent after sending medical certificates which state he is suffering from depression.

This is incredible, Juve or nothing!? I had no idea he was so eager to play here. Sure, rejecting Real Madrid for us was one thing, but taking a year off the game if he doesn't play for us

yeah.it'd be a disaster to have his career go down the drain.half a year is a huge amount of time in a player's short career.

but it's good to see he's so passionate about playing for juve and capello.he'd most certainly be a huge asset if he came.

It really seems, as if Emo will come next year, but I think we need him now. The midfield was a shame last year, and if Emo really takes one of, we should get a new midfielder this summer!

We need him, Emo wants us and roma need to get rid of him. Should it really be this hard?
It is really that simple, and I don't understand why Roma and Juve don't understand that simple fact.
IMO Roma should be a bit nicer, and should let Emo go for a little lower fee. 1 or 3 mio. € won't make a difference!
