Maybe because it's the easiest to complete and we're getting rid of an unwanted player also.
That's it, easy. And what's the point of getting rid of an unwanted player to get a player that in his turn will become unwanted already in October?

I don't know Jack :D

Still I rate Giaccherini ahead of Martinez who is always injured anyway.

Surely they'll keep Pasquato? Sending him on loan would be ridiculous.

RW: Krasic, Pepe, Pasquato, Giaccherini
LW: "Starting LW", Giaccherini, Pasquato, Pepe
:inter: Those wings are disgusting. Give me Afellay and Perotti/Elia/Arshavin, Giaccherini, loan Pasquato and sell Pepe.

The problem with this team is that as long as the replacement is a bit better than the player before than its a win. Never mind how much better, just as long as he's better.

:lol2:

Seriously now, how can anyone explain this? And another forward, our eighth now and people are trying to convince me that Quagliarella is staying.

Jack, this guy is a wingforward, he is at most used as a forward in 3 man attack, on the left, but he really isnt your traditional forward. More of a wing forward, would be used as LW. And he is nowhere good enough to contend with our FWs (and I dont rate them much to begin with), but LW, we are nonexistent in, and thats were we are considering him for. Where he played Cesena for, LW/wingforward cutting in.

And oh, not like we havent had enough of signings like this, but this will be just another name to add to as answer when we go selective senile few years from now, and ask ourselves "why have we turned to utter mediocre midtable team", easy answer, because we sign players like this.

There's a three word answer for that: Losing Didier Deschamps.

It all stems from losing the double D, everything, the Ruinieri, the Succo, the Shittega and Zero Ferarra, all of it.

The whole match-fixing thing didn't help either.
