yep, that's what they said about Elia - 9mil + 1.5 mil bonus. They also said it could be tricky getting him in time for the medical - without which there won't be a deal - as he is with the Dutch NT for the international break. Shouldn't be a major issue but something to keep in mind, I guess.
regarding Rhodolfo, they said SP doesn't wanna sell him now, talks could re-open in the winter, though. They also said that Bari had signed the player last winter window - while he was still at Atl. PR (his previous team) - for 2.5 mil but for issues related to his non-EU status, the deal fell thru.

We've been particularly good at that.
