:sergio: I guess it's pointless discussing matters with people who obviously can't read or have selective retention of information.
I haven't been here that long and I'm already tired of you. You sound like a little bitch - always negative!
Elia is definitely a step up from everything else that we have for the LW position right now - when we are playing CL again we can attract better players. Deal with it!

+rep, especially for the first sentence.

And if we can sign the Elia from the World Cup, then I am all for it.
Ok, last season wasn't good, but it seems to me that many players who went far on a WC or any other National team competition in the summer, always have a less good season afterwards.

I don't care if you can or can't deal with me, and I honestly don't care, because in my book you are an insignificant little turd. It's not hard to upgrade your LW position when you have the likes of Pepe and Martinez there, so telling me that this piece of shit is an upgrade isn't really saying much. We will have to pay a transfer fee to acquire him, then offer him a lucrative contract for 4 years or so, and if we do qualify for the CL we will be unable to get rid of him because of his wages, especially if he performs like shit. The vicious cycle repeats itself again.

You and your likes, who are just happy to get an upgrade no matter what, are pathetic and sorry supporters of this club. Who is the bitch now?

Good on you Chester. Why don't you keep supporting him to be a rude, abrasive, and ignorant troll.

So we're getting Elia?

That's better than what we have. That guy must have some potential. You don't see random players playing for Netherlands in World Cup. Hopefully he will blossom in Juventus, like Davids did.

This mercato was going really nice. All Marotta had to do in August was to secure us a good CB and a LW who is at least on the same level as his previous transfers this summer (Licht, Vidal, Vucinic, older Pirlo). Looks like he won't do that :(

The Netherlands were bland and boring at the World Cup; I watched all their games. They only made it as far as they did because of moments of individual brilliance on certain occasions, and tactical discipline during others, and Elia had almost no role/part to play in those accomplishments.

We finished 7th two times in a row, so someone gotta be negative. I wish our italian fans were as negative as he is.

Alen, every match Elia played in during the WC, he was present, nice moves, always threatening, causing difficulties for the RB he was against.
He just needs confidence and playing time and I am sure he'll be an upgrade from every LW we have now (not that this is hard but still)

Well, you still sound like a little bitch ;)

So tell me, what do you expect from a club that are not playing in any of the european competitions? Do you expect us to sign Messi, Ronaldo etc? Elia is better than what we have - and if we cannot get Afellay, then I cannot see why Elia is not a good signing? Hopefully we can get a better LW next season - and Elia (if he fails) can still be used as a sub for LW and RW.... Elia is not my first choice - but that does not make him bad player.

So you call me a rude troll? I think I have supported the club much longer than you have.... And rude? Almost every time I see a post from you, you tend to talk shit to everyone else....Sad!

Well I would gladly accept Mata or Bastos, but since it won't happen I find Elia more promising than what we have. He surely isn't and won't be world class, but he can be at least decent.

I have no problems with you. As i said before, I think you are a nice dude. Hence, your incomprehensible intervention is beyond me.
That is because I have problems with how you are, you can't see anything positive, every fucking thing we do, every fucking player we are linked with, every fucking rumour that comes out, you go into the negative, it is annoying as hell.

But don't worry, this will be the last you get from me, for the first time in my long lasting virtual carrer, someone managed to get himself on my ignore list.
