Elia is unproven aswell Ken. He looks like he has potential but same with Giovinco has not yet proven it.

He's unproven to a certain extend, but has achieved more than Giovinco, I'd say. He's been a starter in every club he's been at so far, even if only our league and the Bundesliga. He also happens to have played for us in the World Cup, even if only as a sub.

Giovinco... has been warming the bench at a struggling Juventus. That's it. I'm not going into the whole 'our managers were retards'-discussion, as I know this, but it doesn't change he hasn't played.

Let me clarify one thing though: I like Giovinco. I just think Elia would do better on our left flank. I don't think he's as clueless with the ball as you guys seem to be implying either.

If Krasic cant be bought, then i wouldnt mind Elia. We paid 12 million for Martinez, their asking price isnt high at all when we set the standard at that price for Martinez.
