I dont think so.PSG president is a big fan of Cavani and is a very stubborn guy when it comes to negotiations.I dont see him budging from his request which will likely be in the 50s.

I don't think Bayerns attack will be as lethal as before with their injuries. They will likely dominate Germany as they usually do but in Europe I don't see them as scarey as this year or last year. But as you said, lets see how much they decide to spend to make themselves back to that level. If Ribery/Robben are injury free then that's a different story.
If we add Cavani to the mix of Morata/Tevez/Dybala/Berardi (maybe)/Llorente (if he stays) I really don't see anyone close to us aside from the usual Barca/Real/Bayern (healthy)/Chelsea. And our midfield also is world class and helps our attack function better IMO.
