Both would work.

Mandzukic and Cavani with dybala behind that. But it wouldnt be as efficient as other combinations

Lampard and Gerrard can play in the same team, hence even the same team as scholes(who is better then both), but England never had a proper manager to make it work

I remember Cavani used to be deadly for Napoli. Now seeing him for Uruguay, he couldn't finish his dinner.

What happened? Just temporary bad form? Or does he play this way for PSG too?

Yeah. He was pretty pathetic in the Copa. I thought he'd take his chance in the absence of Suarez (benched the first two games due to injury I presume), but instead he guided Uruguay to the exit door.

For the transfer fee and wages he'd command, he can stay where he is, thank you very much.
