Is he good enough for RW?
Oh absolutely. His pinpoint crossing ,i believe he is one of the best crossers of the ball in Italy along with Vargas,he's a great dribbler too and he's an occasional goal threat as well. All in all a massive upgrade over Pepe.

It will also add balance to the 4-3-3.At one end we have a through ball specialist and pretty decent goalscorer in Vucinic at the other hand we have Isla who would take on his man and blast those crosses into the box not to mention he would run up and down the flank all day. That'll leave the main CF with plenty of service.

Isla is a natural wing-back so i'd reckon playing as a winger would be comfortable enough for him.

I don't think I've ever noticed, can he beat his man? That's pretty much what I'm asking. I know he has the work rate and decent technical qualities. Has he ever played there before? That's the other issue.

I've not seen him play as an advanced winger before but if you assess all his attributes in comparison to Pepe,he's got the speed as well along with crossing and dribbling attributes..Isla might not be the most fashionable option at RW but i think it could prove effective enough in my opinion.I've seen Isla beat his man many times before when he played as a WB for them.

I've seen Wingbacks make a smooth transition to wingers before ,i dont think it should be hard enough for a versatile player like Isla.He possesses the required skillsets to play at RW imo.

Isla-Licht combo down the right could work great.
