exactly, he wont refuse an offer from the Italian champions.
Not to mention that there's no way the management can refuse/fail to bring Conte his player of choice after returning the title to its true city after this Inter-like haze of the last six years.

-edit. Factor in DP's likely departure too... It's a sure thing!

And to be honest, we are playing maybe the best football in Europe. We have a great new stadium with a wonderful atmosphere, CHL football and possible Scudetto and Coppa tittles. Why would Cavani refuse us for Chelsea?

He's definitely coming. I feel it in my bones. I was always skeptical about Aguero, but I know Cavani is coming. :D

Hes on 2.2-2.3M, all of the Trinity are.
Was he? Guess I'm misremembering that salary chart someone posted a while ago. Whatever, doesn't change much!

Chelsea can easily triple that and pay much higher transfer fee. What if we hand over the Coppa to Napoli in exchange for Cavani?

Consider Chelsea may be reluctant to splash some ridiculous transfer fee on another striker after the Torres debacle.

And I hope that the saga with Cavani ends ASAP wherever he decides to go. I don't want to go through another long summer of rumours regarding this guy. I have a feeling we will wrap up a deal with Cavani very soon.
