Good offer. 20-22 m would be a bargain, 24m sounds reasonable. Wages seem to be a little bit to high, 4 - 4.5 + bonuses would be great. Anyway it's still less than what RVP would get, so it's ok.

After he admitted everything is possible because he doesn't want to spend another year warming City's bench - we should go after him. He suits us well, he's got great technique, strength, movement and finishing. Just what we need.

Like I said, he's going to be pushing for a move once City acquire another striker. We can possibly get him on a loan with an obligation to buy instead of needlessly splashing 24 Million Euros on him, 24 Million that we were not willing to spend on Jovetic. Again, this could all be BS, but I'm just going by what others are reporting here.

I said loan with an obligation, as in we will make a commitment to purchase him the following season. I'd hate to miss out on Jovetic. Dzeko is a very good player, but Jovetic is going to be world class.

The money doesn't disappear with an obligation to buy, it would still be difficult to make that deal and sign Jovetić.

True. It only delays the payment until next season. It's a commitment worth making. Ambition and cautious risk taking vs penny pinching and compromising quality.
