What we should do, and I really mean this, is spend what it takes to get Jovetic. Preferably insert Giovinco in the deal. A straight swap would be a very good deal. But let's say we give them Gio and pay 8-10 mill. Then, after that, just strengthen the defence (left back and a central defender), and buy one more midfielder alongside Pogba and Verratti (Asamoah would do fine). Then we would be set, in my opinion.

Why spend the entire summer bargaining for RVP, Higuain, Cavani, Suarez, Dzeko etc. when it's pretty obvious they won't come?

As for Destro, I do rate him quite a bit, but not as much as I rate Jovetic.

@Hustini how much do you think City will let him go for? I seriously would rather have Cavani or Higuain, even Torres all above Dzeko currently,but I have my doubts with Marotta,I think Dzeko would be the way cheaper option,and Marotta likes that. Hopefully with someone like Dzeko,we can get Jojo/Gaston as well.
