There is no way he is more creative than VDV..just the notion of comparing him to VDV makes me think you have barely watched him play..he is a good player, i wont take that away from him..but you are overrating him..he is not even the best central midfielder in the Ligue mate..

I only watched him couple of times....cca 20......5 of them live :)
Against Dinamo 2 months ago.....he was nowhere. Creativity of hamburg: ZERO
Opponent: DINAMO ZAGREB.....It would have left me unimpressed,but I watched him couple of times before and I knew that he's better as second attacker than playmaker. Wesley Snejider was Ajax's playmaker back then,VDV played few meters behing striker or as an left winger...... a fact that only few know ;)

if he is not a defensive player , forget about him , juve want only players who can defend , we dont need creative players , since we already have a lot of creative players now.:p
