I agree. though my taste of music is different in terms of what rock really is, but it had come to the extend that I have ran out of cds to buy, meaning there really is NO cd to buy because there's just not good stuff out there.

Not all of those are rock per se, but check that out and you should like some of it. Some of them are quite experimental.
