Just saw this btw..his senior career numbers. The conversion rate is almost identical to his game/goal ratio at Fiorentina. Yet somehow he seems very subpar at Juve.

Benching him this much and this often will only result in his value dropping even lower, making a potential sell even more underwhelming. but truth is he’s been more or less asking for it.

Thing is that those numbers were enough for Fiorentina to hype him up and get them fighting for a Europa League/Conference spot, which was their main objective, but obviously that doesn’t really cut it here when paying such a premium and barely securing a UCL spot with him leading the line.

To appease him, I have a feeling Motta will start him on Tuesday.

If he has anything about him, he should run himself into the ground having watched a guy who couldn’t get a game at PSG has done ahead of him.

Either way, he will be offloaded this summer as Motta will remain in charge and he will keep the same system which requires a striker more in the mold of Kolo than Susan.

One of the worst JJ investments ever. What a shame. So much promise but will be leaving the club a meme level player

I hope PSG are kind enough to take him off our books

It'll say more about our club than him when he turns back into a goal machine again.

Well he'll have to start from scratch again. Thats for sure.

Here at JJ, he's paid Harry Kane level wages while his output is Matri level.

Regardless we needed to get rid of him. He offers too little for what he's paid. Wouldn't have kept him even if he scored a dozen goals between now and the end of the season.

Four years is a long time. He's too much of a mental midget to be an undisputed success elsewhere imo. Another De Ligt in the making.

I wanted to get him as a Lewandowski replacement back in 2022. Seems like we dodged a bullet?

Not an example I would use. Kean found his comfort zone in Fiorentina. Some players are just like that, who thrive in low pressure environments.
Well why create so much pressure? Who is responsible the player, club, coach? Our success started at its lowest, it's the sort of reset we need. Players like Matri, Vucinic, Giaccherini, Padoins, Pepe were hardly world beaters, at the time most of them were underwhelming signings but we let them grow. We gave them that freedom. That just doesn't exist.

Those promoted from our next gen, experienced enthusiasm and gratitude of playing at a top level, but hard workers is what we need, especially when talent is little.

Vlahovic looks like he's trying, but has some mental issues which started under Allegri, and just hasn't been helped with Motta. I would go to say like I have in the past, bring in a shrink, that'll do wonders. If not a new environment will.

Matri, Vucinic and the likes were supported by WC mid, WC defence, and WC GK
the only WC players we have now is Bremer and he is in hospital

but Vlahovic is fucking trash too or he isnt that trash just not worth the money
