Higuain was a bad investment, period.
He had 1 very good season, a decent second season, went on loan and came back for an abysmal last season with us. 90 million plus wages.

Vlahovic is still TBD, his numbers are improving YoY.

And you can't make a direct comparison because Vlahovic is not playing the title winning squad in which Higuain had the fortune of playing. If Vlahovic played in that Juve squad his numbers would be better, whereas if Higuain played in this Juve side his numbers would be worse.
Which was the mistake. Higuain was banging in goals left and right. Can't blame him for Juve not showing up in the second half in Cardiff.

Just give him whatever he's asking and sign him to 5.5 year extension until he's 30.
We should get our money's worth this way rather than selling him for 30 mil now and paying 80 for a replacement.

At least you know he'll score 20 goals per season which is not that bad for a Serie A striker
Ummmm...i think the salary is the sticking point here. We offer less..he wants more...we have no deal.

It's Alen. He's trying to lure me into more extreme support of Dusan

We gave a 12m salary to a guy who is performing like 5m salary striker, no wonder there are complications
If this is true however anybody feels about how good or bad he is is moot. We can't afford him on current or higher salary.

If we can't get a good deal out of other clubs this winter or summer though we should NOT panic sell to 'get something rather than nothing'. Any replacement will not do better than him because Motta is the primary issue.

Probably not even injured, after finding out he’s of the project, throws a tantrum and probably just wants to sit in the stands.

Dusan in the Chiesa camp now.

Gets paid handsomely well, don’t think another club will match the salary he gets here. Stays another season turns into a Ramsey sitch, and then leaves on free transfer. Forgot to mention gets a step raise if he stays another season think from 10 million to 12 million.
