    I don't know if he's been instructed not to do so but at this point he becomes useless. No Juve striker of the past 5 years has had proper service or a supporting midfield. Higuain, Dybala, CR7 and Mandzukic all had to create some magic upfront themselves.

    Back then we won the Scudetto. We had Pjanic who had over 10 assists and we had Sandro who wasn't useless and who was capable of assists too. There was also younger Cuadrado. Higuain is a good finisher no doubt about that, but let's not exaggerate, he barely ever creates something for himself. I'd say Pjanic was one of our most vital forces because every season he stood as a player who tons of assists and creative forward passes. Nowadays we don't have those. We signed Locatelli who was placed far behind and doesn't have the same role as he had in Italy. Cuadrado is still good but that's about it. Rabiot, Mc Donalds, Locatelli, Sandro. There's literally zero service. We were unlucky to lose Chiesa who was perfect match. Then we signed Di Maria only to lose him. We signed Pogba only to lose him. At the moment we lack not only quality players, but a proper coach too. Truth be told, Dybala was the only one who was able to create something out of nothing. Then again, his inconsistence and salary demands were way off. With Pogba, Di Maria and Chiesa fit I'm sure you'd be seeing shitload of goals and plenty of matches where Dusan gets us 3pts. Don't forget that he scored two goals last weekend. He was shit today (as were others), but what he did to set up to Rabiot's goal that was disallowed was great.

    Shortly, I do believe that Vlahovic is a quality striker. But I also believe we're being led by incompetent management and a finished old school coach.

    I am beginning to think that they think because they are in Juve, referees will call fouls on their favour.
    I remember Vlahovic put a bit more of a fight in Fiorentina.

    Those are some very valid points. And I also believe he is a quality striker but he is really raw still. and at this point he's not a part of Serie A top 5 strikers let alone Europe's elite. I'm beginning to questioning is adaptability as a player. For some reason it seems to me, he wants to play as a classic poacher and that's why it looks like he isn't getting the service he wants. But none of the modern day strikers are poachers. Take a look at Benzema: he collects the ball near his own MF when he needs to. Haaland starts his rushes sometimes on his own half ffs.

    I think we have to separate those players. Haaland is most likely the best striker of this generation. If not first then he's only second to Mbappe. As for Benzema, the guy is a fucking beast. Vlahovic is a quality striker imo, there aren't many of those nowadays, but I never said nor I expect him to be at the top if we compare him to generational best strikers. What Vlahovic has accomplished at Viola, especially at his age, is nothing but pure respect. Was he overpaid? Possibly. But hey, let's not forget that Fiorentina milked us for 40 million for Berna, plus it was a totally unexpected transfer in inflated January market. There aren't many players who did what Dusan did so far in Serie A and signing him was brilliant. It's obvious that he's way above average. He's also very young. I don't mind us building squad around him as I think he's worth it. It's just that our team is filled with mediocrity. I literally feel bad for him sometimes, he's surrounded by garbage. IMO he's the least of our problems. Our CB is questionable, our left side is horrible, our midfield is a black hole. Not just that, but we have great talented kids who aren't given shots and who are likely to be loaned out. We have tons of problems and what we do? We sign Millik. For the love of God...

    He would be 30+ goals striker in a league like Bundesliga.

    We give him close to zero service but he does need to work on his hold-up play and headers.
