Happy for the goal but that was actually a bad choice. Top striker would have passed ball to the right at once. And that last touch is pretty redundant because it will increase the chance of blocking the shot by defenders.
He finally shows some confidence and backs it up with a powerful finish and everybody's complaining. Not only that but he finally created a chance for himself out of nothing.
Imagine if Motta freezing him out is the right way to go and he rediscovers his Viola form. We'll be laughing

It's of utmost importance that he regain his form and confidence after injury and trust me I was truly happy for the goal. But it was still a bad choice. Imagine he didn't score and Empoli scored some last minute equaliser, he'd be bashed hard. It was really really a tough shot.
The goal was amazing hopefully a confidence booster, but you have 3 players wide open on 16m line, and the only defender was on him. Horrible decision to shoot the ball.

I dont care for Ifs and buts... He scored fantastic goal, which is the reason the game is played in the 1st place and should not get criticized for it.
