What’s wrong with this guy? He’s been injured now for nearly 3 months and nothing seems to be said about what’s wrong and what the solution is… all that seems to be talked about is a niggling groin issue. Surely he needs to go under the knife? I don’t understand all this waiting
All that sleeping around with teammates wives and girlfriends is bound to injure the groin area

❌ #Vlahovic is still struggling with the pubalgia, he will miss the friendly on the 30th against #StandardLiege.

I never heard of hernia being cured by anything else other than surgery.

I don't know what's the wait here, didn't DV have a surgery last summer for something else? Why didn't they operate on this too right away?

Google didn’t made me happier:

hings have gone uphill since the end of October. Vlahovic registered his last competitive appearance at a club level on October 25, when he played 70 minutes in a 4-3 loss against Benfica in the Champions League.
He was supposed to be back for Juventus-Inter on November 6, but was eventually not available and remained out of action until the World Cup break.

Strange case, I read that a sudden increase of heavy training might cause it, that it’s a injury that happens often in football and that recovery time usually is approx 3 months with heavy therapy, 7 out of 10 recover in that way and that the others unfortunately have to get surgery, adding another 3 months to the injury. But that time scale doesn’t match Vlahovic recovery time

Sort of like if he was used to the level of training at Juventus then suddenly went to train with the Serbian squad and they did some real exercise.
