Does the tax rule change only affect contracts signed after it takes effect or does it mean we pay higher wages to foreign players even those who signed during the time the tax rule was in effect?

So far they said it wouldn't change existing contracts.

It probably depends on how contracts are constructed, if the the player has guaranteed net salary then we will be forced to pay more for him. If its gross salary on contract then the player will just receive less salary in the end.
AFAIK, but im not 100 % sure, its the club who pay all the taxes and players have guaranteed net salary on contracts, so we will be fucked once the rule is changed.

It meant the adjustments will NOT eliminate the tax benefits that were already given before. It will only be eliminated for new players.

And I might be mistaken but wasn't it only for the first 2 years as well... Which means we don't have anyone left of that statute with De Ligt, Rabiot & Ramsey already here since last year or longer.

Im not sure about 2 years - what i read is that the contract has to be for at least 2 years and if the players leaves before this two years, all the taxes reduced due to the regime has to be paid back to tax office. My understanding is that its for the longer time, but no idea really - they do what they want in Italy.

Fiorentina president Commisso: “I don’t know if Juventus are able to sign Vlahovic in January. But I wanna say to Juventus or Arsenal that we [Fiorentina] are the ‘owners’ of Vlahovic. They should open talks with us - not with his agents”, (Romano)

Didn't he say that he was never gonna sell him to us? Sudden change of tone now... seems more open to negotiations

He nows that we have agreed personal terms with his agent and refusing to listen to other offers

Commisso :"The boy is a serious professional, but I don’t want to be blackmailed by anyone.
“I don’t know if Juventus can afford him. I’ve heard that they made capital gains, but they still have millions of debts. How is it possible? Over the last period, they lost €1 billion in the stock market.”

After all he is a business man though. This is not the case of a retard like ADL or Lotto, who is waiting for a moment like this to fuck Juve.
Commisso is controversial, but he strikes me as professional guy.

Funny if it was said in plural.

Italian papers came out a couple of days ago to say how Dusan's agent is also Danilo, Vucic's son, who's current president of Serbia. There was also some photo of Danilo and Dusan's agent Ristic, they were in Italy together.

The news was denied by our officials. However, imo where there's smoke there's fire. I somehow doubt Italians made it up totally. Our censored papers were fast to deny the news too, just like everything touched by corrupted folks in the state.

But let's say if, IF, that is true, then it means that's being involved with highest corruption & gangs (talking about the son, not Vlahovic himself).

sounds like he's desperate to hold onto any leverage. He can pretend like he has control, but Vlahovic will go wherever he wants. Only move Commisso really controls is when, but there's no chance he lets Vlahovic rot for another year and lets him leave for free. He's not that spiteful/dumb.

i can't believe a guy like him don't understand what debt, liquidity, market capitalization, seo or capital gain means. he's talking utter nonsense here, and he won't make juve look suspicious, he'll just make himself look dumb
