Toni and Klose are doing very well at Bayern so maybe Drogba and Trez can play together too. And Drogba is one of my favorite players but I still prefer to keep Iaquinta and to buy Aguero for replacement of DP.

Who do Secco think we are? Real Madrid? Barca?...
Lets be honest, even when we (perhaps) was the biggest club in the world, we rarely bought BIG signings from other BIG clubs. Of course we had signings like Vieira, but it was rare.

We used to used our brains when we bought players, like either snapping em up for free or taking players like Cannavaro and Mutu which every other big European club didn't believe would rise again. We used to be one of the best clubs to spot potential when we bought players, of course with Exceptions *Cough* Olivera *Cough*, but generally we were good at spotting the medicore players and develop em to world class...

So my question is, why do we need over hyped players who demand waaaay to much in salary and having a whole team building around them? I am talking about Lampard and Drogba. Secco is trying to much by signing "big" names, instead of big players.

As good as Drogba is, IMO he is just too old to spend a large amount of cash on. Look at Shevchenko when a player hits 29/30 its a good time to cash in because his value is still high but he will inevitably start going down hill.

As unhappy as Drogba is we would still need to pay a huge sum for him and we just don't have that kind of money for a 29 yr old that we don't really need. I would rather spend £20m on an up and coming player like Quaresma or Diego who can grow in a Juve jersey and a defender than on Drogba.

Moggi looked at him to replace Trez before DD went to Chelsea. They could play together but I'd spend my $$$ on players we need more and a Trez replacement that's about 22-25 years old.

Other Trezeguet, all our strikers will struggle in Europe. Del Piero can't be relied on as before, Iaquinta is unproven in Europe, Palladino is still learning. We will have to make room for someone whether we like it or not imo.

goood player but not needed. With Giovinco back next season we will have our 5 forwards (or just bring back Zala) and attack is the least or our worries.

Lampard on the other hand.. he would be a vital player for us.

Agreed. Biggest problem with Milan seems to be the lack of a world class finisher to bury the Pirlo and Kaka setups. Gilardino is inconsistent in their system, Inzaghi is too old and Ronaldo has seen better days. Pato is coming, but they might not want to put too much pressure on him yet.

If Drogba leaves Chelsea, its to AC Milan.
If Lampard leaves Chelsea, its to Juventus... maybe Inter.

our strike force is the least of worries now.
BUt we do lack depth in he finisher department though. but, not now.

drogba is like zlatan so damn strong up front, he can play alone with defenders feeding him long ball all game. by pairing him up with trezeguet (god finisher) and another trequartista like del piero, iaquinta and palladino who can dribble would be unimaginable. play 4-3-3.

Drogba is better than Zlatan. Mr. Ibra is too damn clumsy and inconsistent infront of goal. Everytime he scores it's because of good luck.

Ibrahimovic is more skillful, but Drogba is the better finisher, like you say.

If Drogba comes, Trez is useless, Drogba is more active, stronger, can help in creating chances, on the other hand he's a good finisher as Trez
