ŠPANJOLSKI sportski dnevnik As piše kako Juventusov menadžer Claudio Ranieri i sportski direktor Alessio Secco u Torino žele dovesti dva igrača Real Madrida Gonzala Higuaina i Mamadoua Diarru.

Ranieri je jako zainteresiran za obojicu igrača, od kojih nijedan nema stalno mjesto u udarnoj postavi "kraljevskog kluba".

Prema pisanju Asa, Secco se prošlog tjedna sastao sa sportskim direktorom Reala Predragom Mijatovićem kako bi dogovorili transfer.

Iako su obojica igrača u planovima Realovog trenera Bernda Schustera za sljedeću sezonu, čini da bi momčad prije mogao napustiti Diarra, kojeg klupska uprava želi prodati. Najviše interesa za Diarru osim Juvea pokazao je milanski Inter.

Diarra je iz Lyona na Santiago Bernabeu stigao za prilično nevjerojatnih 26 milijuna eura. U Capellovom sustavu s dva defanzivna veznjaka Diarra je bio standardan, ali je uslijed loših rezultata došlo do promjena. Njegovo je mjesto u sastavu zauzeo ofenzivniji Guti, a Capello je defanzivne zadatke srednjeg rede, dakako, povjerio Emersonu koji se zajedno s njim selio iz kluba u klub.

Secco Chases Higuaín And Diarra
Spanish sports daily AS reports that Juventus manager Claudio Ranieri and sporting director Alessio Secco are looking into the prospect of landing Real Madrid pair Gonzalo Higuaín and Mamadou Diarra...

Ranieri is said to have developed a keen interest in the pair, who are in and out of Bernd Schuster's line-up at the Bernabéu.

Now, according to AS, Secco met a week ago with Pedja Mijatovic and Carlos Bucero with the aim of landing the two in time for next season.

In the case of Higuaín, the Italian side's interest is apparently not new. Prior even to the end of the 2006-07 season, the Old Lady spoke to Mijatovic on several occasions about the prospect of landing the Argentine.

However, then as now, there will be no earnest discussions until the season finishes, with caoch Bernd Schuster's wish to make no decision about the young forward until after silverware is settled being respected in the Spanish capital.

Diarra's situation, though, is slightly different. Although Schuster is happy to maintain the Malian as part of his squad, it is thought that the directorship is keen to oust the midfielder, and therefore will listen to offers already.

Higuain is nothing special, the Real fans i know all want to get rid of him..he's quite a good dribbler and he has decent pace, but his end product is nothing short of scandalous. Terrible finishing for someone who's supposed to be a striker.
