People make fun of Mbappe but Alisha is packing way more meat than anything he or Fat Ronaldo ever knocked up.

Just sayin’…

Was he really this poor in EPL? I never saw him before so I have nothing to go by. But he has been awful here. Miles and miles behind Fagioli atm.

My impression so far is this guy thinks he plays some indoor or beach football somewhere in the hood. Club needs to take action and wake him the fuck up! Watching the other boys spitting blood last night and he couldn't even take a ball like a man, instead trying to protect him like a pussy...

Play him from the start against Cagliari. Maybe thats better than subbing him on. If he is crap once again then we have a serious problem
That doesn't make sense, sir. Why would you play the worst performing player on the team? He should ride the bench where he belongs. Forget about the 70M price tag or whatever - it's all gone.

Vlahovic was considered the worst performer till the last 2 games, Motta is an inclusive manager who believes in his players, and so long as they work hard in training they will be rewarded accordingly.

Locatelli who has been a revelation this season didn't even play yesterday, yet it was Fagioli and McKennie who were fantastic, Luiz' time will come before long.

Glad I'm not the only one. He doesn't play real ball.

Villa fans warned us over and over again by saying he doesn't do well unless he has a destroyer playing with him.

Well, they were wrong. You could put prime Mascherano with this dunce and he would still suck.

So you actually think this guy is working hard?

I've been patient but now I've seen enough. Douglas Luiz is on my shit list.

Doing well in the EPL doesn't always translate to success elsewhere. Players like Kulusevski and Lucas Paquetá are highly rated in England...

Aston Villa desperately needed to move Douglas Luiz in order to not get in trouble with PSR (profit and sustainability) rules. He was considered expendable by the club, and Villa are doing well this season without him.

Considering the deal between Juventus and Aston Villa also included Illing Jr and Enzo Barrenechea (both immediately left Villa on loan), this whole deal fucking stinks. Alisha Lehmann was just a smoke screen.

I wouldnt write him off yet, its still too little time to judge. Also Motta seems to see something in him since he gives him some chances (i expected Thuram to come on vs Leipzig). First of all he has to stop beign soo careless.

It’s way to early to for final judgements, really disagree with most posts above.
I agree, but he looks surprisingly lost. And not understanding his function can cause errors and poor outings, but he is creating problems every time he plays. The PK was poor but I am not including it in my judgement. We spent so much money on him so we have to try and make him gel with the rest. Don't know what role he played in before, but he is really struggling to understand his role here. But his technique is evident and his calmness with the ball is reassuring.
