Juan's in a pretty rough period of form, atm, too.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Costa start the next match. Was quite deliberate today, which was great. Think he's going to be a really big addition.

It'll be interesting to see what Allegri can cook up in terms of formation. A lot will probably hinge on whether Blaise can slot in beside Pjanic in a 2 man midfield. We looked way more fluid with 3 guys in the middle of the park today (although Cagliari were bagged by that point, and totally beaten mentally).

Forget surprise, Costa should without a doubt start over Cuadrado at the moment (he's so terribly out of form)

I like a 3 man mis but thats benching one of Dybala and Higgy which would be stupid
4-3-1-2 which Allegri has played before?

I don't think we will see a three man midfield, the team has been built this summer to play 4-2-3-1 via selling CMs and buying wingers but its not because of dybala and higuian

We had one yesterday in the second half. We will definatley see it to some extent but I think it will be the change at ends of games to solidify the midfield and not be the norm

Bayern Munich President Uli Hoeness dismisses Juventus winger Douglas Costa as “a mercenary”.

The Brazilian joined the Bianconeri in a €6m loan deal, with the option of making the deal permanent next summer.

Even if Juve decide not to take up that option, it appears Costa won’t be welcome back in Bavaria.

“Replacing Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben?” Hoeness considered in an interview with Frankenpost.

“We’ll keep tinkering until we find the right formula. Costa didn’t work out because he’s a bit of a mercenary whose character we didn’t like.

“[Kingsley] Coman is a young lad with huge talent, he has to break through here. If it doesn’t work out then we’ll have to look around until we find a replacement.”

Wait.....let's break this down.

Douglas Costa is a mercenary?
He is 26 and has played for:
Gremio for 2 years
Shaktar for 5 years
Bayern for 2 years
and Now Juventus.
Basically in 9 years, 3 teams, just joining his fourth. He averaged 3 years per team. That is two major clubs.

But Coman is not?
Coman is 21.
He played 1 year for PSG, 1 year for Juventus, and is in the midst of his 2nd for Bayern. He has average 1 year per team, and is only 21. That is a mercenary who thinks he is better than he is. That is also 3 major clubs. Entitled little s***.

I just want to see Cuadrado and Costa both start on their off wings.

I do think Cuadrado is slowing down though. He is 29, which is about the time when you become less explosive. In 3 years he will be on a relegation side. Good player but relies on athleticism and speed a lot.

Is Uli Hoeness out of jail?
