i dont think it would be nice idea to employ any former player of milan to lead our dear team. there are so many good coach out there jobless we can look onto. beside former bayern coach is there as well as former madrid coach are all out there.

Are we biased against former Milan players because of Ancelotti? Or is it a club pride thing?

If the latter, there's a little of getting over ourselves, IMO.

I myuself would prefer Deschamps, but if Donadoni comes I wouldnt have any problem, I think he did wonders in Livorno, and could be interesting to see what can he do in Juve.

And this thing about him been a former Milan player is pure crap...

I am sceptical about the three managers linked. Donandoni, Deschamps and Vialli have all had relatively short managing careers, with little (or no) experience in europe and have all been sacked from their previous jobs.

Juventus is one of the biggest clubs in the world and should be aiming to challenge for the champions league. If we are going to do this we need a manger with more experience and has proved himself to be capable.

Im all for a young, exciting manager but one who has been succesful over a number of seasons eg Spalletti

Look at Ancelotti, he came to Juve as an inexperienced coach and fucked up big time, I dont want Donadoni, at least not now, Juve arent running an Internship program for A.C Milan

Lippi came as an inexperienced coach too...

Spaletti or Prandelli, Im sure we can lure them to cancel their contracts with their corresponding clubs. Not so sure about Vialli, Donadoni or Deschamps. But if I had no choice out of the three then certainly I will go for Vialli or Deschamps. Donadoni hasnt managed a big team and to be honest hasnt even had any european experience. Both Vialli and Deschamp have some knowledge of europe and with the latter reaching the final of CL he would prolly just pip it. Afterall one things for sure CL still remains priority and prolly always will...

It has to be SVEN GORAN ERIKSSON.
oh no :disagree:. I can see him all over the italian newspaper of having affair with some resident turin woman.. or prolly even gallianis wife :D. On a serious note, his just doesnt look like Juve material, his contract will cost us huge amounts and I doubt the fact that he will be focused on his job as much. His made plenty of mistakes with a great side like englands.. imagine what he will do with ours.

Like the one thing this club needs right now is another high-visibility person who attracts controversy.

i think no because he is a milan man it will be like when ancelotti coach us or even more bad

i think vialli deschamp prandelli or spaletti or bring back lippi and ferrara and conte assestant coaches
I don't think lippi will come back this year because i think he is to much involved with italy. With that being said I like Spaletti, look what he has done with roma and all their conterversy. He has proven himself to manage a great club and he has gone through alot this season, cassano leaving, totti's injury and their team has risen above that. I like his coaching style and I think he would be a great coach for juve.

Agree, would welcome the boldy with open arms.. strangely we just cant stop getting either players or manager(s) from roma. I wonder how the romanistas would feel about that :D. The real question is If Spaletti did come, is there a chance that he may follow his succesful trend at roma by bringing in more romanistas? and hence following his predecessor capellos twisted transfers.

as far as donadoni's milan history is concerned,i have no qualms about having him as the juventus manager.what worries me is that both vialli and deschamps have managed clubs in europe, while donadoni hasnt.so he does come with a risk.but if the only reaon why we dont sign him is because of his milan history, then we seriously need to grow up.

Why exactly are we looking at Donadoni like he's untouchable? Seriously, a history at Milan means nothing. That was his time as a player. As a coach, I'm sure he's mature enough to understand that, dont see why we arent. Fact is, Donadoni has the class, finesse and understanding of the modern day coach. Something Capello quite clearly lacks. If we're to get a decent shot in Europe, we need someone who'd adopt a maverick like approach - someone who'd go in with the nothing to lose attiude. Someone who'd understand the enthusiasm of youth given his own nascent resume. The way I see it, Roberto Donadoni would be a gamble worth taking. I prefer him to both Deschamps and Spalletti. On par though, I like the idea of Vialli and Prandelli. And besides, it's not like we're Champions of Europe anyway.

Sure, Donadoni as Juve coach, a real Milanista! Common, even if he is a good coach i don't want him because he is a Milanista. We need someone who loves the club. let's say, Viali!
