On paper it looks definitely very good but in practice it'd be a very narrow formation. That's not the way to go IMO. Mata would be very good but he doesn't fit characteristics we require.

Depends if you're talking abut the Olympiakos game (4312 with Vidal as Treq) or Parma (4321 with Tevez and Pereyra behind Llorente). I'm definitely leaning towards the 4321 which in future could transform into 433 or 4231. Mata would be good for classic 4312. IMO he's too lazy and immobile for winger role. He's a very good player but not what we actually need IMO.

Anyone watching the kid on regular basis this season? How's he? I can't see any potential improvements being available aboard so I think this kid could be one of our most probable options.

Is he good this season or rather frustrating? Last season he hit me as a very smart player always creating something for his mates when not scoring himself. This season the stats are nothing special so far but he really collects to many cards I see
This season I miss too many Juve games so it's even worse when it comes to any other matches. Share your opinions.

Watched him today and wasn't impressed at all. He had a couple of chances to score himself and tried to create something but tbh Floro Flores playing LWF made more than Berardi on RWF. Cesena parked a bus and Zaza was clumsy for the whole match. Sassuolo's general play was poor but last year he carried the team, today he didn't look like a leader he was last season for them.

He was taken off injured, hopefully it's nothing serious.
