What happens if we don't solve it? He just stays there?
The last day is 20 june, so I suppose if one of the clubs want to renew the co-own he will stay. Next season they must come to an agreement. But as I understand from what I have read from severeal sources like Di Marzio, Marchetti, no one wants it to go to that last day, If so it will go to the part when each club puts and offer, and if one club delays it it will be done next summer. We are pushing for Berardi to come to us, it seems that we haven't reached an agreement with Saussolo yet.

Between Juventus and Sassuolo a new idea for Berardi: renewing the co-ownership with immediate move to Turin - Romeo Agresti :facepalm2:
that's what I have been hoping for, why pay for him before figuring out if he can fit in at Juve or not. also if the official statement was correct that he was temporarily disposed of to Sassuolo(assuming 1 year loan) then by default he should be Juve player next season.

edit, the official press release said
http://www.juventus.com/wps/wcm/con...2013+accordi+con+sassuolo+eng.pdf?MOD=AJPERES
free temporary disposal (loan) of the registration rights of player (Berardi) until 30 June 2014.
so 1 July 2014 Berardi will be a Juve player, if nothing happens.

If there is no agreement regarding co-ownership, clubs will go to the "envelopes". The only options are that clubs agree to extend for a year, solve co-ownership (one clubs buys the other half) and if that can't be reached, it is "blind offers" time.

 great news. does the same count for zaza (and manolo)?
No, Zaza and Gabbiadini were sold full and Juve bought half co-owns, similar case to Marrone.

also Nejc maybe right, clubs probably have to agree to extend co-ownerships or blind auction. and Juve probably don't want that, rather sell them some players rather than pay cash. but if Sassuolo aren't buying Marrone I don't see why Juve have to redeem Berardi when he can play if Juve can extend the co-own for another year.
