Or dismantle existing ones.
And yet Real Madrid had the arrogance to give Varane a start and now look at him at 20. Sometimes you have to make the bold move to give a young player confidence and watch him step up. Waiting until he's 25 and been loaned out to a new coach and new system every year for the last 3 years of his development before giving him a shot is such a horrid way of developing talent these days. Look at Pogba. You give a young player a shot and give them the confidence to step up and, who knows, maybe he becomes worth 45m and you have a future star.

Can't find future stars by loaning them out every season to subpar clubs for four years...

Exactly. If Juve signed him, he'd be co-owned/loaned out to Ascoli for 4 years before we'd ever see him again, he'd hate Juve in that time saying his loyalty is elsewhere, blah blah blah.
He will also score against us when we play Ascoli.

We shouldn't get too excited.

4 out of his 5 goals were PKs. But he has earned most of them.

He likes to play on the wings, and drift in centrally. He's a tricky player and loves to take on defenders.

I'm excited to see what his stats will look like at the end of the season. So far so good, but the season is long and he has to stay consistent for all of it.

I'm not excited at all. The reality of flame-outs vs. potential starter ratio is historically about 25:1 odds against him.

This is the Tuz: we fawn all over a player after he scores a brace or hattrick and then say he sucks for the rest of the season for not repeating it. This is how we wind up with players like Amauri in this squad.

How good is he (and please don't overhype the guy), watched a couple of games of him this season and saw nothing special.

Perhaps someone who watched him closely can help us.

Not exited? this kid has scored the same amount of goals in serie A as Vidal, Higuain, Jorhinho (who people rate highly) and gilardino..

At least he's not missing the penalties :D And that Sassuolo has given him the responsibility is a good sign.
Berardi is a lock in Sassuolo's starting XI so far. Di Francesco has put in a lot of faith in the kid which is excellent to see.

He's a handful, and he's gotten a lot of attention around him, but lets hope he stays consistent throughout the season now.

What was the goal he scored like? Obviously the one that wasn't a penalty, did he earn both of his penalties?
Great first goal, controlled it well and finished it with his left foot.

He earned the first PK, not the second one. But put both goals away from the spot.

Check out the highlight video in the previous page.

He's very confident for a player who just turned 19 and the fact that hes Sassuolo's main offensive player at that young age says a lot. He has a wicked shot, can dribble, has a good cross, has a solid weaker foot and is a free kick specialist.

He has the potential to be a quality player.

First goal was nice, the move for the second penalty also. Who was the last 19 year to be doing this well in Serie A? Zaza has been doing well as well.
