Beppe lowballed because he had a word from Draxler that he will come only here. He then took the 1st opportunity he got to go elsewhere. Why do you think hes mad at him?
No idea why he is mad at him.

Horst Held, Schalke manager back then, said Draxler was hoping until the very end that Juventus would up their offer so he could come to Juventus.

But as we know now, that didn't happen.

With not much time left Wolfsburg came in, paid the asking price and was the only option, so Draxler took it.

He had the word he would only come here?
The infamous "only wants juventus"? Sadly means shit when we aren't willing to match the other clubs asking price...of course never happened before right?

This is on Beppe, and Beppe alone, he's just trying to blame someone else.

Good player but does not have that x-factor. Kylian Mbappe, Bernardeschi, Tielemans, Diawarra is the level we should go for.
You do realize that two of the names you mentioned are midfielders, and in no way impact the arrival of Berardi here?! They won't even be competing for the same position :D

Tielemans is a possibility, albeit an unlikely one, and Napoli are not going to give us Diawara. Bernardeschi is Milan-Inter bound, or he might even end up in the EPL. As for Mbappe, I'm sure some EPL team are readying a 50 million offer as I type this.

Look at their past 3 saisons and we can call it a fact.
Yes. Stat Padding a la Zizinho can now be equated to facts. Berardi is more effective and clinical, but Berna has more magic in his boots. I like his style more. It's called personal preference. Still, it doesn't mean I don't rate Berardi.

Im not talking about position. Im talking about the level of talent we should be going for. All these players have greater potential than him. Any of these would be hard to sign do' , I agree with that.

Berardi is arguably just as good as all those names you mentioned. He is an actual Italian talent we should be going for, unlike hacks like Sturaro.
He is a decent player that excels at a small club. To his defense he has been injured so we will have to see how he progresses.

However, i don't see that big player mentality in him. I don't believe he will be able to take the necessary steps to be a great player, and certainly not for Juventus.

When it comes to Sturaro, he is a bench player. Nothing more. If we buy Berardi, It would certainly be in the purpose to make him starter material as soon as possible.

He can be a very useful rotation player. Imagine the luxury of having Berardi and a fully recovered and integrated Pjaca come off the bench to replace Cuadrado and/or Dybala/Mandzukic. It's beautiful  :touched:

In the end it's gut-feeling over actual stats. Anyway, i can't recover from the "magic in his boots" argument. You win.

It's crazy how underrated Berardi is on here. Not sure he'll end up at Juventus but whoever gets him will have a potentially great player in their ranks. Guys like Bernardeschi and Belotti are nowhere near as talented as Berardi. It would be a huge waste of his talents if he doesn't become one of the absolute best in his position.
