I don't get why I'm targeted because I'm not so quick to annoint the guy as the next Messi. Our history is littered with young players who excel at minnows but then collapse with the big boys.

Awesome to see him destroy Milan. But it's like everyone forgot about Giovinco all of a sudden...
I just wanted to get you attention is all.

So hows your day so far :)

Alessandro Florenzi (1991), ROMA, 14 apps, 5 goals, 3 assists
Lorenzo Insigne (1991), NAPOLI, 14 apps, 1 goal, 3 assists
Domenico Berardi (1994), SASSUOLO, 13 apps, 11 goals, 2 assists

Go fish, Prandelli

Does this mean we get "He scored today" in this thread? :p

I was watching more of the local boys in the NFL than snoring to a Milan match.

Fly Emirates. Crash Milan.

Greg. My brutha. Giovinco never did this at 19.
It's typical Juventuz short-term memory mentality. Everybody creams over themselves when a player scores and nicely overlooks the past five Sassuolo matches where he's been goalless and the team went 0-1-4. Talk about convenient selective memory...

The fap fest has been quite a site, but you're right to draw upon comparisons with Giovincogate. Its far too early to start calling for him to be recalled to Turin, another season or two on loan at a midtable team and then we'll see how consistent he is.

You gotta admit that scoring a poker against Milan is impressive, even if their defense suck.

Looks like @Salvatore was right from the start, he's the real deal.

We're foolish if we don't ship out Gio next year and bring him here.

4 goals in one match for a 19 year old, can't believe it

let me remind u that this is a sassuolo team. they are not going to control games so beraradi is not going to score a lot of goals consistently.

It's massively impressive and I'm terribly excited about that.

But I can't just ignore all the data points that show he's also on a club where his previous three starts resulted in zero goals and zero assists. Consistency is critical. That's the difference between a Ronaldo and a Quaresma. People forget that Quaresma was originally considered the better of the two when both were youth products.
