That's not the case. It seems our board rates Dybala very highly. Rumors connecting us to him pop out more and more. He's na obvious choice to replace Tevez and a player we could actually afford but not without sacrifices.

What's going to happen is we agree that Berardi stays at Sass with a contract to buy him back a year later for 25m thinking we can somehow afford Dybala. EPL comes in and literally takes Dybala right from underneath our noses and we go another season without finding a DP/Tevez replacement.

Two completely different players. Imo Dybala has the potential to become one of the best, Berardi hasn't convinced me yet. I mean, I'm all for buying him and giving him a shot - he proved enough to warrant that. Not sure if he has the x factor tho.

I'm not giving any opinions on this but simply comment and try to guess based on rumors and interviews. We can't afford both in one summer that's for sure.

Two completely different players. Imo Dybala has the potential to become one of the best, Berardi hasn't convinced me yet. I mean, I'm all for buying him and giving him a shot - he proved enough to warrant that. Not sure if he has the x factor tho.

I'd take Dybala in a heartbeat. But we have a potential jewel in the making that we somehow gotta at least give a chance to.

Like I said, Berardi will stay another year and his buy back will only go up. We will fail to afford Dybala and lose him to EPL and next season we will find ourselves with only Tevez and his last year of contract. We can't pigeon hole ourselves over this.

Only way I can see us letting Berardi stay is BECAUSE we have an agreement with Zamp & Dybala already. But we know Marotta and his penny pinching ways so we can guarantee that isn't the case yet.
