Quick profil, description of this kid, a lot of talk about him, i'm getting excited.

I can't be that detailed as I saw a full match from him for the first time at the weekend.

He started on left side of attack (drifted around the field as the game progressed) in a 4-3-3 and was the best player in the game, got an assist with a nice through pass and showed off quite a lot of his danger with his shooting. His technique appears to be his strongest attribute as he takes set pieces and was looking to bring the ball into areas where he could start testing the goalkeeper with his shots (which caused most of the problems for Bari). His free kicks were dangerous and lead to their second goal as well, and I know he's scored 3 or 4 of those this season. It's worth checking out the highlights I posted a page or two ago against Bari, it was mostly him creating the danger.

From highlights of other games, I'd have said he's a player mostly used as a right sided forward in a 4-3-3 that cuts inside to shoot on his stronger left foot, but is also effective on his weaker one too. I'll probably be able to catch a couple of other games before the season is over.

Our rapport with Sassuolo is much better than that with Pescara, who seemed quite intent on selling Verratti to Napoli rather than Juventus.

When I've seen Berardi, which has been a few times, he has always primarily played on the right wing. But I've seen him drift to the left as well.

A quick description: Quick, has good footwork, great with both feet - but better with his left, has deadly FKs, has any eye for goal, and sends in pin point passes into the box.

Like I said before, Saponara got all this praise earlier when Milan signed him but Berardi is 3 youngers, only 18, and to me...already seems better.
