...Anything that involves motorised vehicles racing over an asphalt track bores the living hell out of me. I place it in the same category as curling :D
Them's fighting words for Canadians. Where's Bes?!

Yeah, agreed on the asphalt boredom part (as in the NASCAR "B-O-R-I-N-G" knockoff T-shirts Andy was pointing out earlier around these parts). But I actually like watching curling far more than motorsports. Maybe it's all that screaming that keeps my attention...

 You can't possibly be serious. When the Williams sisters used to play all those grand slam finals the entire tennis world was going mad because of the lack of passion and the crappy matches. That's how all those match-fixing rumours started. And don't forget how their father demanded more prize money for them, because 'they were 90% of WTA publicity'.
Yeah I know it got boring but at first it was cool to watch. I dont think they have lack of passion or are crappy players

lol yeah. The most nasty thing I ever suffered on that field was a plain pinch in the crotch :fero: I nearly drowned that sucker later in the game :D
:scared: Methinks I'll give that a miss.

I watcha bit of rugby (union) and the odd F1 race, but not too much else.

F1 is the best?

A lot of things that are common in todays cars owe it's existence to Formula 1. Formula 1 was always the ultimate level of motorsports, if not for the overtaking and excitiment, then because of the sheer technological advances and complexness of the machinery.

Don't be embarassed Mark, hockey is my second favorite as well. The two best team sports in the world are soccer and hockey as far as I'm concerned.
:D

Osgood back to my my Wings Mark, and Datsyuk is still up in the air to sign with Detroit. :frown:

And guess what...supposedly the NHL has signed a $100 million contract with Comcast to air a few matches a week on OUTDOOR LIFE NETWORK. So much for ESPN having the coverage. Unfortunately the average hockey fans doesn't even have OLN on their channel lineup. :groan: Fvck ESPN.

You Canadians have it so damn lucky....hockey and soccer coverage up there is almost perfect.

Gagne? I'm pretty sure he just signed another contract with the Flyers.

Speaking of the Flyers, they are going to be good this year with Forsberg in the team. However, their top four defenseman are all over 6foot5 and slow as molasses...this might become a problem with the new rules set in place promoting quicker play.
