No he can't and no one can, but he can help you feel better at the times where you miss them. He can help you know how to deal with these situations and instead of feeling tense, depressed and restless. He can help you feel better and not the people around you get frustrated from your obnoxious behaviour.

Plus it is allowed to be sold by authorized places. In Belgium and Canada (if I am not mistaken) it is decriminalized.
