I don't know why I'm at this forum anymore. Some of you folks have the most narrow-minded opinions I've ever seen. It's like I was at a Manure forum for Christ's sake.

Yes, Diego isn't fucking Messi. Congrats. But neither was 99% of the players we have had in the past, but I'd bet 25% of them you wouldn't sell to be replaced by a lesser player.

Its funny how dramatically so many people's opinions of Diego went down the day he was sold.

One day he is tearing it up during pre-season, the best Juventus player on the pitch, and the next he is an overrated traitor because Marotta doesn't value him.

Of course they have those opinions. They are irrational football fans, no different from Manure supporters, Barca fans, or any other big club that people hate. They're clowns.

Funnily enough, Quagliarella is now a lot better than Diego because he's a "true SS"

I really cannot think of a more idiotic move than this one. Perhaps Real buying Samuel for 20M Euros then selling him for 3 a season later is comparable.

No, Vin. They sold Diego for 10 million euros LESS than what they bought him for and replaced him with Quagliarella.
