If he leaves I'm fearing a "Sneijder in Inter" sort of thing, with him winning the Champions League with another team.

If Neddy and Zidane struggled in their first season with us, why are we asking him to be an absolute hit in his first season?

Blah,

The player is happy here, the club has not come out saying they're unhappy with Diego and he will be sold. Him and Melo will be given nother year atleast.

At least there haven't been heavy links of him leaving the club, I think Diego would fit in perfectly with CAPABLE players around him, imagine being the only good player at attacking in the whole team.

He was surrounded by Amauri, Marchisio, Melo, Sissoko and sometimes Trez all of which aren't very capable of attacking Melo and Marchisio aren't bad at it but it isnt their main strength

Diego would be a genius if he had Krasic on 1 side and Giovinco on the other..we could have had Messi this season and he'd probably have player shit. Even the best of players need good support.

That is so true about neddy and zidane, both didnt start off well at all, and they were playing in a great team under a great coach. Diego does definitely deserve another chance, but unless del neri has a place for him, the chance of him leaving may very well be on the cards right now.

If Dzeko does join, it does allow the forward structure to be very flexible and diego can work in it imo.
