Not easy seeing him with another shirt. Would have given him another year with Juve. Hope he does well and most importantly, I hope his replacement rocks for us. :mark:

This was the most stupid move I saw recently.
Diego is world class player no doubt about that.
Good luck Diego, wish you to have a good season and prove your value which was totally devalued here.

As for Juventus, we need to move on and try to overcome this moment as soon as possible.

It's odd no doubt, but let's be honest: the guy sucked big time. Is it fair to give him only one season? No, it is not. But it's not as if we're giving someone away who has been scoring goals for us like crazy.

    He did not suck, Andries.

17 goal+assist in his first year as our most effective player is more than decent. Should I mention again how much we sucked too?
I know one guy who was more effective if we're going to look at stats (which by the way are still pretty poor in Diego's case).

17 goals? Are you counting partitelle during training?

Anyway, I love how everyone here likes to assume. He didnt want to stay!!! HE wanted to stay!!!! Marotta tried to keep him!!! Marotta didnt try hard enough!!!! Blah blah blah. No one knows what happened behing close doors, so stop assuming you asses.

I'm sad Diego's gone just because wehn he arrived last year I thought he was gonna be our new Platini/Del Piero. But that was never gonna happen and I dont remember a game where he was outstanding for us. Once again, Diego was just a one trick pony.

I am shocked tho we sold him for such a low price. Was there no one else who wanted him? If he is so good, why weren't there other teams begging for us to sell him to them? Anyway, like I was saying, I am still shocked we sold him for so cheap, especially after we got Martinez for 12 Millions.

Everyone forgets that we had 2 clueless coaches , Grygera that assists to opposite players, destroyed defense and no wings...what do you expect from Diego ffs?
He did well considering the team he was playing for.

    Don't bother.

I don't really care what people think about him. I find it weird how some are happy about, and how they don't mind to replace this guy with Fabio. I'll stick to my opinion anyhow.
