"Delle Alpi stadium is finally bianconero. On the 15 of July 2003, Juventus Football Club and the City of Turin signed an agreement for the constitution of ground rights on the Stadium and on the near areas for 99 years."

I read this on the official website, but i don't get it! did'nt we always have ground rights?
can someone enlighten me?

No we didn't have those rights. The stadium was from Turin, the city, and Juve had to share it with the 2nd club from Turin, Torino. Now it'll be all overs.

So basically what you are saying is that we now own the whole thing. That's nice.
What about Torino, where would they play? would they rent it from us?
