Dell 2001FP - 20.1 Inch LCD monitor, 16ms 1600x1200 (1 Viewer)

This is a great monitor from what I've heard. I've read like 10 reviews of it and seen it and experienced at my friends house. I MUST buy this monitor. I will save some money and maybe get it in like 3-4 months.

Haven't tested it much though, So I'm still not 100% sure if I should buy it. What do you guys think?

Depends on the cost. The best reviews to read, I find, are the ones written by everyday consumers. My first impression is that 1600x1200 seems like a pretty low native resolution for a 20 inch monitor...

Okay. I must add that I play a lot of FPS games like: CS, HL2, FarCry, UT2004 etc. Many people who owns this monitor says its good for gaming and it's sometimes just a minor ghosting, very little. So that should not frustrate me they say.

I could get it for $530 through my uncles job so its kinda cheap I guess

Actually, 90% of Dell's sale are B2B, to corporate clients.

Only 1 out of 10 Dell computers are sold to individuals.

My ex girlfriend used to live in Austin, and her father made the parts that went into dell computers (e.g. mother boards, circuit, etc.)

She had a lot of money, and was addicted to cocaine.

She was not my girlfriend for long.
