Simply not good enough for Juventus. Fingers crossed Tottenham quality for the CL so it’s an obligation to buy.
He will do well there. He is a very good player who has limitations and could develop well in the right environment.
Also Tottenham will qualify IMO

Funny to see the copium over at the Tottenham forum. They are talking themselves into believing this guy was good signing
Can’t wait to see their reactions when he mis-controls every pass played to him and tries to counter at break neck speed

In all honesty the PL is far more open, he might do well playing with a bit more space and time on the ball

Where was that very good player when I was watching Juventus this and last season?
At 4G 3A in Serie A when not always a starter (last season) - I wouldnt call it bad but I wouldnt call it great either.
Anyway Juve wasnt the place for him to develop well and we couldnt know this beforehand.
Kulusevski did very well for Sweden in the last tournament and he had a great season at Parma as well.
In Juve he had obstacles since he is slow and one footed but it doesnt make him a bad player. It means he has limitations.
He said he hopes to return someday but he wouldnt be able to attract Juve again before working on his reactions when receiving a ball and become less one footed. Its doable but it takes a lot of work and a lot of playing time in a team that can extract it from him.
Are Tottenham the ultimate choice? Obviously not but they do have one element that can really help him grow and this is Conte.
Like him or not Conte is a guy who can take the laziest player and make him a hard worker. He is the best in this aspect IMO

Conte is known for turning a lot of the average into very good players but not this one. It usually requires the player to at least have a healthy amount of confidence and resilience on the pitch alongside natural physical attributes, then he can work on the player's decision making. Kulusevski lacks natural physicality both in terms of strength and pace. Strength probably can be slightly improved, but he will never become a pacey player in the future if he's not already at 21 and without pace he is simply not a winger.

At the end even if Conte miracolously turns him into a good central attacking mid or a second striker, he's not worth half the 45m they're throwing for him.

So... if Tottenham qualify for CL at the end of this season, but dont get there next season, theres no obligation?
Well, those figures aren’t half bad anyway. I’m sure we can’t at least recoup what we spent on Kulu if we must. The hustle on an 18 month loan for 10m is great.
