They continue to write about supposed bust ups between Davids and Lippi, yet Davids, Lippi, and the team denie it. It makes no sense.

Here's General Manager Luciano Moggi's reply to President of AS Roma Franco Sensi about declarations of last Tuesday.

"I want to underline that Edgar Davids has never been on sale. Contacts were not under the precise respects of the rules. In addiction, AS Roma's offer (11 millions euros) was not adequate to Davids' value. This confirms that Roma didn't really want to close this deal or perhaps this behavior was due to economical problems. If this was the case, Juventus would like to sign Samuel and Totti, obviously at Juve's conditions. At this point I would like to close the affair Roma-Davids. Edgar Davids is and will be a Juventus player".
