Not really, but he's capable enough. Just not someone you want to be a key part of the team or rely on, especially not for more than €10m or so (because of the stupid inflated fees around now).

Astori is terrible. Every single time I have seen him play he commited a crucial mistake directly leading to the goal for the opposition. Do we really need to waste the little money that we got on a not needed usless imitatation of a defender?!
