This is the biggest issue with throwing out players like this

I wasn't never against parting ways with Danilo but there are ways to do this. I think Motta has come in and been a very it's my way or the highway type of style. I don't really think you can do that before winning anything tbh.
Especially what’s the point parting ways now and not next summer ?

Very respectful way of leaving the club and should have kept him until the summer at least but I'm reading comments stating he's one of our important players.. Really? Most of Tuz were desperate to see him not being anywhere near the starting lineup.

He had a pretty okay-ish career here. Nothing memorable or amazing about his stint but a poor way and really unnecessary in letting go of a veteran in the middle of the season.

It shows how far apart management and players are and why we get sloppy and draw / lose games. Cause players don’t give a shit

No more grinta

I mean Danilo would be Stururu level if he play for old Juve
but it feels he's a like legend for JJ banter era

Funny how people losing shit over Danilol
How low this club has fallen
I didnt see this "losing shit". I was never a big fan of his. But I respected his commitment and dedication. We have acted unproffesionally to a good, loyal player, that despite his best days were clearly behind him, he has always been respectful and humble servant of our club. I dont like this at all. It sends a wrong message. If we treat players in this way, we should not expect any loyalty from them either. The club has fallen low but not for the reason you mentioned.

The club had done the same thing to ADP, Marchisio, Mandzukic and Dybala.
Players who did so much better than Danilo

Football is dying anyway
It's all just business

Dybala made his own decision, I dont recall that Marchisio was ill treated either. We had another Neapolitan that ousted Mario from the team. You forgot Allegri as well... However, the wrong doings in the past do not excuse current ones. As a club that boast itself of family values and loyalty, we have to do better.

Another unprofessional act of the management. While we desperately need a defender they let him go for free! Juve management dragging the club down. 16 league games remaining plus upcoming Copa and CL games. Many on the injured list and a lot of games in a short time span.

The Danilo case was a clumsy, own goal by Juventus. Not because the club had to keep him but because of the coldness of the detachment leaked by the club of the captains departure now has disappointed the fans and surprised, even upset some of his teammates who were struck by the poor treatment their “leader” was given.

He was the "leader" of the dressing room (since Bonucci left), ideally he should have been gotten rid of last summer. Of course he didn't want to leave, so understandably we have to see this

SEPARATION - "Juventus was probably the most important club in my career. I built a wonderful story with the fans, the players and the city, where I was very happy for five and a half years. In recent times, with the internal changes and a certain planning they probably understood that I was not suitable, but not for footballing reasons. This bothered me and made me suffer. From the moment I had this difficulty, which had nothing to do with my skills on the pitch, I understood that the time had come to look for new horizons because this made me suffer a lot, and I understood that I had to go to a place where I could feel better".

IDENTITY - "I have suffered a lot, I don't think it's worth naming names. I wrote a letter in which I spoke from the heart and that says a lot about what I think of Juventus at this moment, which I support and will support for the rest of my life, because there have been incredible and magical moments. Juventus has always been a family, it has always been for each other, it has always been the attention to detail and the human aspect. And this has been lost a bit in the last six months and I believe that the latest results and events are largely due to the loss of this identity, the family, the attention to detail, the care of the human side of the players, of the people who work there. If we return to this path as soon as possible, the results will return"

This is the players' point of view - on the other hand, there is a club that perhaps sees that players such as Szczęsny and Sandro consumed a significant part of the budget, completely disproportionate to their contribution. I don't know Danilo's salary, maybe it wasn't very high, but probably too high for a reserve player - another issue is the timing of this decision, which is ofc really bad. The club clearly wants to impose a salary limit and regulate these matters. It is not a coincidence that all players with high contracts are or were targeted by the management and are on the way out. Surely the next one will be Vlahovic and it wont end well too.

He was never more than a reserve , a Sturaro like reserve if Jj wasn't a meme club , going through a banter era .
Glad that he is gone.
How do you watch this sport and actually think you have a clue?
