Nah but, let's think about it.
Looks like Pirlo is gone, probably for good. We haven't stated anything about Romulo he was injured the entire season so probably we will loan him again for next season, Verona ain't Udinese tho so there's no certainty on it. Asamoah will most likely be used as LB, and IMO this is the correct thing to do. And looks like Marrone is as good as gone.
That leaves us with Vidal, Marchisio, Pogba, Khedira, Sturaro, Pereyra and Padoin. The last two will also be used on other areas of the field, be it AM or RW for Pereyra, and RB/LB for Padoin. That leaves us with 5 possible MC for 3 different spots, that without counting that Vidal can also be used as an AM.
All in all it doesn't seems like we desperately need a midfielder, but, we all gotta believe in the power of depth
