Agree
But it is not his fault.
First off loved the guy years ago thinking we wouldn't be here discussing is he good enough.. Completely agree not his fault but management at seasons end needs to sit down and politely tell him your play doesn't equal your pay. Either restructure contract or play like 1st teamer consistently. That's why Max needs to start him rest of year.

His contract runs till 24 or 25?
Our management tried to ship him off a couple of times, but no one wanted him.
So you are stuck with 3.5 mil

Researching this from few years back ....

Rugani doesn't want to leave Italy let alone Juve. Call his bluff and tell him we don't want you and see how much he like fish and chips and not being able to comfortably converse with people. How did he enjoy his time in France? Brief wasn't it. And then comes the beautiful lady of his desires.

You can see how much Rugs enjoys being a well paid 2nd teamer at Juve. Not a lot of desire to play more or he be somewhere else.

That being said play him next 4 matches and no matter what happens don't lock him with an extended contract no matter how much of a paycut he is willing to accept.

Excellent performance. He did a really good job on Zapata, who is the sort of striker you'd expect him to struggle against. Obviously a far weaker player but given how much De Ligt always struggled against him, it was impressive.

Against Napoli he also did a good job with Osimhen. As backup CB he is done well

rugani's worst games either came against big, physical forwards, or on high stake, high intensity occasions

does anyone remember galabinov? rugani surely does, during a genoa - juve galabinov made him look like an absolute rookie

otherwise i agree, as a rotational player to rest our starters against mid table teams, rugani is an acceptable player. his wages are too high that renders him unsellable, but that's on paratici
Rugani's worst games have come when he partners bumucci. Coincidence?
