You've got to show some confidence in the player when you bring in a top young talent like Rugani. He deserves some minutes, just don't rotate 3/4 of the defence, 2/3 of the midfield, and 1/2 or the attack when he does finally play.

Juventus could loan Daniele Rugani to Napoli in exchange for Juan Camilo Zuniga in January.
According to Sportitalia, this deal would effectively solve problems for both clubs.
Rugani arrived from Empoli at the end of a bidding war, but has managed only one appearance this season for two minutes.
