Almost feel bad for this guy. Has only played twice for Rennes, no?

I read that Lazio and Parma are interested. Hopefully he can get his career back on track at a new team.

No need to feel bad. He has been fortunate to get a Juventus salary for many years despite being pretty useless. It is quite telling that often when we finally manage to let go of players, then they cant even get playing time at clubs playing 4 levels below.

And this guy started against Ajax in 2019.
No wonder we lost. Coupled with a declining bonnuci.
He isn't a starter even for Rennes.

We are getting some money or ?
his wages will probably be paid, and in this situation, we can't really expect much more. he only played 13 matches in 2020, only 2 in rennes, and he's coming back from a lenghty thigh injury. he's broken goods at the moment. toro is the ideal club for him: they're shit, rugani helping them to some points would be a massive success already.

As long as he starts for them and they stay up, it's a benefit for us (including the wages paid by them).

It should be a bit easier to find a buyer. The only obstacle will be salary but at least he'd get back to being active, more noticeable for other clubs when he's not on the bench.
