When ppl said data they immediately think of moneyball or just pure data. Anyone who has hold leadership position in company should understand that data is always helpful but its not the only thing, people can also use data to create false narrative that works for their own gain. At the end of the day its about finding the balance between data and instict, strong leader dont just trust data blindly and I hope Comolli knows when to trust data and when to trust his instinct and other datapoints (i.e. 1on1s with ppl in the organization)
