Czechs to receive Euro 2004 Fair Play award (1 Viewer)

The Czech Republic will receive the Euro 2004 Fair Play award before their World Cup Group One qualifier against Romania on Saturday, UEFA said on Friday.
The Czechs just edged out fellow Euro 2004 semi-finalists the Netherlands for the award, ahead of England, France and Sweden.

The Fair Play ranking takes into account players' behaviour, respect for opponents and referees, attacking play and the behaviour of supporters.

European champions Greece finished ninth in the Fair Play standings, while Bulgaria were bottom, completing a miserable tournament for a team who lost all three matches in Portugal.

I think Russia should be on the very bottom- with the highest number of yellow and red cards for the tournament.
